    Restacking causes kick from server

    After new update every time I open bank, I get kicked from the server due to message flood (antispam on ESO servers).

    This is caused by the plugin that tries to restack all items in the inventory.

    Removing the calls to TryCombinePartialStacks() from ConductTransactions() fixed the problem.
