Change on screen texts to support umlauts and gender specific zo_strformat strings
Bug #: 1877
File: Action Duration Reminder
Date: 12/18/16 12:03 PM
By: Baertram
Status: Fixed
Please remove the gender specific string parts on the "on screen text messages".
For the moment there is shown e.g. "Unermüdlicher Fokus^m" but it should only be "Unermüdlicher Fokus".
This is related to the french, german and other game clients only but you got some fans of your addon over here too :p

Read this thread to check how to remove it:

Or the Wiki:

Here is an example how to remove it:

Thus "sanded beech^ns" is not "sanded beech^n"s, it's "sanded beech" with attributes 'n' (neuter gender) and 's' (not described in that post, maybe it means "don't append s for plural").

Lua Code:
  1. zo_strformat("<<2[1/$d]>> <<tm:1>>", "sanded beech^ns", 5)
  2. -- 5 Sanded Beech
