Recently my quest tracker window is fixed in the lower right hand corner of the ui and can not be moved.
this is only in GamePad mode. The Azurah "edit screen" still has the quest window that can be move yet this makes no differance as its accually in a new fixed location and can been seen while I try to adjust a new one.
No issue I see with non-GamePad mode
Also this did happen several day ago but returned to no operation shortly while playing/zoning.
not the case now its been stuck a few days now
