    Rally timer reset because of set Rallying Cry (5pce)

    When using the set Rallying Cry and the 5 piece effect proccs on same bar as Rally (2H major brutality/sorcery) the timer of Rally will jump back to 20 seconds even though it isnt lasting for 20 seconds.

    To replicate the bug just procc the 5 piece on a bar with Rally up. (needs pvp battle spirit buff to procc)
