Keep last targeted player

Add setting/keybind to direct chat to the last targeted player even if not targeted any longer. It can be hard to target at times so even "rolling" across their character would be enough to then whisper. (Request by dominoid) Additional: Maybe add code for preferred target again. Maybe keep target only for some seconds and then switch back to default or previous (if possible) channel.
