For whatever reason, the game has lately changed my ingame video settings. This might have been the case here too. Verify that your graphic settings are: Display Mode: Windowed (Fullscreen) SubSampling Quality: High |

Yes, that happened to me too because the latest patch allowed the game to be recognized by the Geforce Experience which auto-optimizes games it recognized. In my case it forced DLSS features on my RTX 4090 video card including an ambient occlusion scheme that...well...it was not good But I disabled all that. I already had the settings you suggest. And I can't use the beam as it no longer stops at the ground. I tried reverting but failed at that. |

Is your game in Windowed (Fullscreen)? |

I had to change a few things on my end, like fullscreen and back to windowed (fullscreen). Without that, it did not work. It is an issue of the game which i do not really have any influence on. If Display Mode and SubSampling Quality are set, it should work. This is something that ZOS is doing based on the settings. |

You're right! I too redid, and redid my settings and...yep...presto, tonight it worked! Thank goodness! We run those no-break mad raids and the beam...oh the beam...need...the...beam 😂 Just wish I could donate...but I'm on NA 🙁 |
