As multi language support already demands that the role names are not completely hardcoded but in some config file/languagefile(s).
Maybe you could implement some means to rename and store the renamed roles in those profiles?
I think you'd need to expand the config UI where the colors are assigned to their roles and implement an extension to the profiles to save/load these renamed roles together with their colors.
