Action-bar timers seem busted.

Though, with Zeni addressing the issue of timers (that none of us had), it's not surprising. Got any suggestions on how to get LUI Ex's timers back in the mix? The new Zeni-added timers are janky and also cause LUI Ex's Action-bar to jerk about a bit (vertically), so I'd rather just leave those turned off.

The "Set 2" save-slot, for me, is broken. Though, this never generates any errors. All the other save-slots seem to work fine...
