REQUEST - Split Stack

It seems like it wouldn't be too difficult, but has anyone seen an addon to add either a slider bar, or an entry field to split a stack?

Isn't it shift-click? Or in the right-click menu? I have split stacks before.

There is, but there's no slider. Mousewheel works on the default option, but there's no way to type in a value
