Vanishing Items when marking for research or decon

Having strange issue. When I set an item to research it completely vanishes from my inventory, and no matter what filter I use, I can't find it again. I still see marked items in the research screen, as well as in the bank. I can't see them at all in my inventory. Also, locking an item or marking it for selling keeps it visible. However, marking it for deconstruction makes it invisible. Any idea what's causing it?

Is this only happening in your local inventory then?
Did you disable "all" the colored filter buttons at the inventory's bottom line?
All 4 buttons need to be red ("disabled") so no marked items will be filetered!

In the FCO ItemSaver settings:
Did you enable the "Split filters" and did you enable the "Use context menu for filter buttons"?
If the context menu for filter buttons are enabled you can right-click the colored filter-buttons at your inventory bottom line and choose which marked items, belonging to this filter button category, will be shown/filtered!
e.g. if you right click the "gears" button youa re able to ONLY select and filter the "gear 1" items, or only "gear 2", or all 5 gear sets.
The same with the 3rd filter button. Here you are able to choose "deconstruction", "improvement" and "research".
if you changed it to only show "improvement", all "research" and "deconstruction" marked items will be filtered (according to the filter buttons color -> green or yellow).

Are you using other inventory filter addons like AdvancedFilters and did you change the filters and subfilters at the top of your inventory to only show some special items (like only helmets of the armor parts) -> If your marked items belong to another category (e.g. throusers) they won't be shown due to the AdvancedFilters filtering.

Could you tell me an example item where this happens or does this happen to different items?

Are you able to make screenshots of your inventory before marking the item and screenshts AFTER marking the item, so I'm able tos ee what you did filter etc.?

No problem. Thanks for using the bug panel to tell me. So others are able to find the problem and soultion as well.

The addon just got realy complex and most of the bugs were mentioned before. There is missing a good comments search function to find the solutions hehe
