Delete Functionality / Wipe not working

I recognized some errors in the database like Items shown to be in Bank or a character were no longer present there and though it might be a good idea to wipe the database and fill it up anew. Sadly it did not work nor did deleting characters data or even removing the addon including saved variables and installing it anew. Be nice if this could be fixed
