PersonalAssistant (Banking, Junk, Loot, Repair)  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)
Version: 2.5.7
by: Klingo [More]

PersonalAssistant V2

There are already many addons out there that support Auto-Repair or Auto-Gold-Deposit functionalities, but none of them had the features I'd like to have seen. Because of that, PersonalAssistant was born.

After a two year long break from ESO, I finally managed to complete the major refactoring that started back in 2017. But not only that, I also added many more features that I could not even have thought of back then. I hope you will have as much fun using this addon, like I had working on it!

PA General
  • Up to twenty different account-wide profiles that can be created/copied/deleted/renamed *NEW* (2.5.0)
  • Shortcut to travel to your home (if available)

PA Banking
  • Currencies (gold, alliance points, ...) can be withdrawn from and deposited to your bank
  • Crafting materials can be withdrawn from and deposited to your bank (if you are not ESO Plus Subscriber)
  • Create your own custom rules and decide how many of each item to keep in bank or inventory
  • Other selected items such as motives, recipes, writs, glyphs, trophies etc. can be withdrawn from and deposited to your bank
  • Select if items with [Intricate] trait should be transferred from/to the bank
  • Define a specific amount of lockpicks, repair kits or soul gems to always keep in inventory or the bank
  • Be always ready for Cyrodiil and define how many AvA items to keep in inventory

PA Integration
  • Limited support for FCO ItemSaver regarding "Marked for selling" and "Locked" marks

PA Junk
  • Trash items can be marked as junk
  • Items with the "sell to merchant" information can be marked as junk
  • Treasures (such as the ones found when stealing) can be marked as junk
  • Items with [Ornate] trait can be marked as junk
  • Weapons, Armor, Jewelries, or Glyphs below a certain quality level can be marked as junk (quality threshold can be defined)
  • Junk can be sold at merchants and fences
  • Save time and use keybinding shortcuts to mark items as junk or directly destroy them
  • Mark any item as permanent junk so you never have to deal with it again
  • Items with no sell value can also be destroyed instead of marked as junk

PA Loot
  • Informs you when an unknown recipe is looted
  • Informs you when an unknown motif/page is looted
  • Informs you when an item with a not yet researched trait is looted
  • Informs you when you are running out of inventory space (threshold can be defined)
  • Visually indicates if a recipe, motif, trait, or style page is known (or not) to the current character

PA Repair
  • Repairs your items for you when you visit a merchant (threshold can be defined)
  • Repairs your items out on the field when you have (non-crown) repair kits available (threshold can be defined)
  • Recharges your weapons when they run out of charges and you have filled soul gems available
  • Informs you when you are running out of soul gems, or repair kits (thresholds can be defined)

I could change that back, but then it will also no longer work when e.g. withdrawing items from the bank since there is not really a way to differentiate that. If changed back, it will only mark "new" items (i.e. the ones with the little circled esclamation mark) as junk.
Can it be made a switchable option? (If not, to be honest, I think the option to not automark withdrawn is preferable because as is, you just cannot have an item unmarked w/o disabling automarking rules, and if you for any reason need to keep it, you'd also need to disable autosell, etc.)

This should be fixed with the next version, since it will only protect items now that actually have been crafted (and not the outcome of deconstructs).

Yes, the first one will be added in the next version (ETA: this weekend), and the second one will also be fixed with that.

Not sure I understand your comment - what would be missing in your eyes then?

I really love the fact that the junk system has a very clear menu system where you can add and remove items along with banking rules. Pity it doesnt sync or there is a method to sync it with all profiles but that'll resolve it self as you junk items and add to those profiles.

Having trait items in my proximity is a deal breaker for me though, I cannot use this . Even though, when doing daily writs hearing that crunch noise as a trait item gets destroyed I can almost hear it scream. . Pity I can't hear trait items scream in every way they are acquired.

Every trait item save for nirn and jewelry are on the permajunk list.

I get what you're saying regarding, as in looted vs sourced elsewhere.

When I was doing daily writs they were being destroyed straight from the box (looted).
When I decon an item / refine mats (the primary source of such garbage) they are being ignored.

I thought the addon had broken as I installed it just prior to doing writs, it was working nicely when I was doing my writs, seeing those pesky trait items getting obliterated. I thought, this is nice. Then I started playing and noticed trait items being transferred to my bank? Blasphemy!

So this is by design? My 2 cents on trait items is, with ESO+ trials and the fact they are 2g each, most players have, or will figure out, they can stockpile a lifetime supply of the garbage in the craftbag. For many, it is, or will be eventually, utter garbage of an item that IMO should simply be removed from the game, ie ZOS should remove the requirement for having the item save for Nirn traits and a few Jewelry.

Still not sure I understand, does this happen when you mark them as permanent junk, or when you withdraw them from the bank? or when you loot them?
Currently, the PAJunk rules only apply when the game considers the looted item as "New", i.e. if you withdraw it from the bank it is not a new item and the rules are not applied.
I could remove that condition, then "Emeralds" also get destroyed when you withdraw them from the bank - I was just not sure if that indeed is the ideal way.

This is kind-of on prupose. When you have the carfting window open, all PAJunk rules get ignored - reason for that was that when you select e.g. "Normal" weapons to get marked as junk - you don't want that to happen when you craft them for the Writs.
But I see that this does not make that much sense for "raw materials" (including trait items),

I'll add, the exact same process was followed regarding Provision and Trait.

I set them up to go into bank so the ones I want to keep go to my bank.

I then added all others I do not want to the permajunk, and also have Destroy Worthless enabled.

Provisioning items on permajunk list get destroyed (Worthless).
Trait items on permajunk list get ignored entirely, not even sent to junk, let alone destroyed.

Edit: When I decon items, or refined raw mats, I end up with an inventory full of the stuff. Also hireling drops also do not get destroyed. There seems to be an option to do with mail but I cannot turn it off.

Unfortuantely it's not that easy anymore with the new profile management system.
Before you had profiles 1-10 and it was easy to just switch from one to another - but now you can create 5 profiles and then delete the first two - now your profile nubmers are: 3,4,5. When you now would activate "profile 1", it would actually need to active "profile 3" because that is the first one now.

Now you might ask why not shift the profiles to the front when deleting one, i.e. making the before-mentioned profiles 3-5 the new 1-3. This works as long as you have all modules of PA enabled, but as soon as you e.g. disable "PA Banking" and then delete a profile - it is not deleted from "PA Banking" (because the addon was not loaded) and it would mess up everything when you later re-add it.

For the time being, there unfortuantely is no easy solution to get the keybindings back.

Have you enabled "Enable Auto-Destroy of worthless Junk items"?
Trait materials (such as Emerald) have no sell value, and thus do not get marked as junk even if you have a custom rule defined for it - but if you have also enabled the deletion of worthless junk, then it will delete them upon looting.
Yes, my provisioning mats get destroyed as expected, but my trait items do not. My prov items get a notification of 'Destroyed (Worthless)'. Trait items don't get any notification whatsoever.
